Here is one of my favourite plants, a yellow flowering Cobra Lilly. A small fellow but the start of my fascination with this wonderful group of plants. Plants offered now are the great grandchildren of my original plant. They flower reliably with small spikes of red berries later in the summer. They are dormant until the spring. Very easdy to grow and very hardy, just give them a well drained spot in partial shade, but very adaptable to light levels. I find they benefit from an autumn mulch of leaf mould. They make a tremendous companion plant to some of the small ferns.
