Stachys monieri ' 'Griffioen' P11 (1.3 litre)

Stachys monieri ‘Griffioen’ – Betony

Stachys monieri ‘Griffioen’ is a hardy, clump-forming perennial with attractive dark-green, softly textured leaves and upright spikes of soft pink to almost white flowers throughout summer.

Growing to around 40–50cm high and 30–40cm wide, it is ideal for the front or middle of borders, cottage gardens and naturalistic planting, where its flowers are attractive to bees and other pollinators.

Grow in full sun or partial shade in moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil. It tolerates most soil types but dislikes prolonged winter waterlogging. Deadheading spent flower spikes can encourage a longer flowering season.
