Rumohra adiantiformis, commonly known as Leatherleaf Fern, is an attractive evergreen fern with glossy, leathery, dark-green fronds. I

t grows to approximately 50–75cm high and 60–90cm wide, making a handsome addition to shaded borders, woodland gardens and containers.

Grow in partial to full shade in moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil, preferably in a sheltered position protected from cold winds and harsh winter weather.

The leathery fronds are also highly valued by florists for cut foliage. RHS hardiness rating: H3
