Hosta 'Spring Fling' 1 litre

Hosta ‘Spring Fling’ – Variegated Plantain Lily

Hosta ‘Spring Fling’ is a striking deciduous, shade-loving perennial, prized for its large, heart-shaped, deep green leaves with exceptionally ruffled, creamy-white margins. The strongly rippled edges emerge yellow in spring, gradually fading to cream and white as the season progresses, creating a beautifully textured mound of foliage. In summer, elegant spikes of pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers rise above the leaves, adding further seasonal interest.

Growing approximately 45–50cm tall and 80–90cm wide, with taller flowering stems, this vigorous hosta thrives in partial to full shade in fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil.

An excellent choice for woodland gardens, shady borders, large containers and planting alongside ferns and other shade-loving perennials, ‘Spring Fling’ provides outstanding foliage interest from spring until autumn.
