A red stemmed sport of Blue Cadet, it shares its parent's vigorous and ease of growth. The red stems show off the gorgeous waxy blue leaves. Red Cadet is classified by the American Hosta Society as a mini but it is really borderline Very Small/Small. Great at the front of borders or in containers in shade or partial shade.
