Brunnera macrophylla 'Jack Frost' RHS AGM P11

Brunnera macrophylla ‘Jack Frost’ is a particularly popular shade perennial, valued for its large, heart-shaped silver leaves with contrasting green veins and delicate sprays of bright blue, forget-me-not-like flowers in spring.

Growing to around 30–45cm tall and 50–90cm wide, it thrives in partial to full shade and moist, fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil.

It is ideal for woodland gardens, shady borders and planting beneath trees and shrubs, where the luminous foliage can brighten darker areas.
