A stunning Painted Fern with bright purple young fronds, maturing to silvers, greens and purples. The young fronds on mature plants really look like they've been soaked in a rich Burgundy wine!
Easy enough to grow in partial shade in a moisture retentive soil. A mulch of leaf mould during the winter will reap benefits later. Also great for containers.
