Anemone 'Regal Swan' 1 litre

A recent introduction of the Swan series with compact growth, to 80cm, dark green leaves and, of course, the striking pinky violet flowers with the characteristic blueish backing. As the glower matures, it becomes a pale violet. Like the other swan, this is awell-behavedd plant without the running characteristics of other autumn flowering Anemones.
Grows best in a moisture retentive soil in partial shade. If in a sunnier spot, ensure the soil remains on the moist side, it doesn't like drying out. However, it doesn't like waterlogged soils, so it does need good drainage. Mulch in winter with compost or well rotted manure for best results.
It is a low maintenance plant, dead heading being the one task that will yield better flowering results!
